As a potential rhinoplasty patient or a current patient you need some background information about what to expect from the early recovery period and late recovery period which goes as far as 12 months and this video is the right place to find this info.During the early recovery period beginning from the moment you come out of your nose job surgery you will get various medications varying from painkillers to antibiotics. If you expect to see the final result at this point you might be a little disappointed hear this but you will have to wait at least 2 months for your body to take down the swelling, heal the bruising and more importantly you will have to wait till your mind to get used to your new and reshaped nose/face. But at the end of a 6 month period post-op anybody including you won’t even remember the old shape and scars and that’s when your face will get its final shape after the nose surgery.
